PS - What's even funnier is that everyone that was bitching about the abusive driver fees (which you only had to pay if you did something retarded) are going to make way for tolls all over VA which EVERYONE has to pay.

Won't be so fucking funny when it takes you 2 hours to go from Norfolk to Va Beach in the summer when traffic backs up and costs you $2 per trip

I don't think it's your right to call me a dipshit when you have no idea what the specific situation was, or even what the ticket was for.....I barely spun my tires in COMPLETELY empty parking lot as I was leaving. He gave me a reckless driving ticket. I should have to do way dumber things than that to deserve a reckless driving ticket, and the title "dipshit" if you ask me, because according to your logic, every person who has ever driven a vehicle that had the ability to spin the tires is a dipshit.Because EVERYONE, including the cop who wrote me the ticket, and you, has spun tires at some point in their life.
