Probably the fact that if you have a passenger and a gallon of milk to bring home from the store, the gallon of milk will have to be strapped to the convertible top (that leaks) because that's the only place it fits.

Don't plan on doing any major grocery shopping. And don't take it to Home Deopt for plywood.
As far as just driving one every day it isn't bad at all. Gas mileage is good. The ride is fine. Noise isn't bad. You won't get cramped unless you're huge.
