Depends on what you use your car for.
Don't plan on doing any major grocery shopping. And don't take it to Home Deopt for plywood.
As far as just driving one every day it isn't bad at all. Gas mileage is good. The ride is fine. Noise isn't bad. You won't get cramped unless you're huge.

Im 5'10', 160lbs. I'm still in school, so i wont be doin much shopping with it... ive just been told that as an everyday driver, it sucks, im just gettin other peoples' opinions, dont wanna buy it and end up hating it later... ya know?

Not sure, most probably get tired of 2 seats and limited trunk space. Ive heard that K-series motors (RSX, TSX, new SI) are better for tuning than the F-series (S2000)... not sure though.
