im glad this came up. i bought a 91 integra shell from my friend. the set amount was $400 and i told him id pay him in payments so i give him $95 the day he brings it to my house cuz he was having trouble getting on his feet. so time goes by and he moves in with someone then he gets kicked out and the guy throws all his stuff away along with the title. the title is registered in his g/f's name and they broke up and dont talk anymore. but we worked it out to where the car was mine.
