Re: OMFG LS9?
The motor in the C5-R and C6-R is known as the C5-R block... it is not the block used for the new LS7... that block was developed by Katech (same company) but is a new bored LS2 setup. The real C5-R block is really amazing (long technical story) and cost $6000 for a bare block.
GM has some crazy shit in the works... but yes the LS3 and LS9 are supposedly in development... if GM stays in business =(
The blue devil will be a supercharged supervette... it is being built. I have a contact at the Corvette plant who has confirmed this many times over.

To say that a Ford GT beat A Ferrari around A track is fine, but to say that the Ford GT is simply a superior car is off base. The Ford GT is a faster car than the outgoing Ferrari 360 Modena, but only slightly. The F430 which is Ferrari's current offering in that class beats the Ford in nearly every catagory. From looks, to refinement, to performance, to driveability, to safety, to fit and finish, to... you name it. The Ford GT is a Ferrari competitor, not a Ferrari killer.
