Judges have been wrong before. I'm sticking to 20 until someone shows code that says otherwise.

i got a 74 in a 55 on the way to work february 15th (19 over; chesapeake courts), just prepayed it 3 days ago so no 15 over is not the new reckless.

I heard a bunch of bullshit about this maybe 6 months ago. For some reason some or a few people think that and keep spreading it, it's WRONG. I went on the state police website and found a thread asking and the cops even confirmed that it's still 20+ or 80mph+.

I got a 23 over and got 3 days in jail in Va Beach. They told me its a day for every mile over 80 mph. And reckless is 20 over here. I heard they are trying to change the speed limit on the interstate to 65

wow. I got 1 day... The judge tried to stick me with 90 days though. I groveled a little bit about work for money for school... and it worked out.
