he's got 4 of them making it a quad cam 16 cylinder with torque building syncros which produces like 7 times more torque. jus saying

there is your problem.
you have a high-dollar item coming across an international border. UPS sucks at shipping when canada is involved.
that, or it's sitting in customs waiting for you to pay the fees.
