Regardless what people say a normal visible mech openers must be present due to power loss in accidents sometimes. State troopers tell you whatever tell it bites them in the ass which happens more than often. So make friends with an inspector cause the state laws here are beyond gone for example exhaust must be sealed but doesn't need a muffler but if you ride around with no muffler you will have a kmart blue light special on your ass lol.or get a sticker from guy earlier in thread

Hateful mechanic posted the code which is pretty clear on written code. Only killer is changes states might have made cause they are always adding pages to our state manual like I said gota love va

Funny, cause I have not seen a single memo change in over a year. The last manual rewrite took care of most bulletins that were added over the last few years.

Funny, cause I have not seen a single memo change in over a year. The last manual rewrite took care of most bulletins that were added over the last few years.
