Lmao. I'm in agreement on that last part. I get all kinds of wierd looks for talking about Z31s. And then there are the people who don't realize that my Z32 was the predocessor to the 350Z...

Why does everyone insist on putting a chevy or ford small block in a old S30?

Put a RB26DET or a VH45DE, or if you have a bit of money and some fab skills a VK56DE, and TT it. I personally am against dropping anything in any car thats not from that manufacturer.
BTW, I have a Z that I drive EVERYDAY. 135K and counting.
