That's what a few hours of grinding/sanding/cleaning combined with a few hours taping and a few hours of huffing primer and paint. It isn't perfect by any means, but I am happy with it. It will look great when I'm looking through my windsheild going sideways at 80mph in 4th gear, lol. My point is it doesn't need to be perfect!

The "bolt" is a GM ball joint made for this kind of stuff. I have no doubts its going to work. We will find out in a few months thru the R&D stage.

everytime i look at it, it just boggles my mind i just looks like its gonna break, i'm sure its all reinforced and made ofr that shit just at first glance it looks like something is missin' but i'm all for pioneering, i'd like to see it in action

What looks like it is going to break? It looks just like the OEM ball joint, its just missing the boot....and its longer.
