Yes, it's usually called a 'cooling panel'. It helps direct air into the radiator instead of all over the place. I need to make another one.
Got two of the faces back from Sage - they did an amazing job powder coating them. It seriously looks like these things are dipped in ultra shiny wax. I'll take some outside pictures to get better lighting when I get the center caps back.

I was going to do gold bolts, but I was looking at pictures online and it looks too gaudy for me so I cam keeping the chrome bolts.
Oh, and the headers are on - you can hardly seem them, haha!
