It's called a "G-Nose", they were made to homologate the 240ZG for racing.
The fiberglass pieces became dealer installed options for the 240Z though they will fit any of the 240Z / 260Z / 280Z cars.
Sometimes Motorsprt Auto sells reproductions but they don't currently have any.

I want a 240Z with a G-Nose and ITBed L28 sooooooooo bad. I love the equip 01s on them as well, but only the black lipped ones - I can't find any pictures online. I am about to go take some camera phone pictures out of the S30Z book I bought in Japan.
The Z posted is a monstrosity though and the owner should be burned with fire so someone can restore that poor thing.
