I have a friend who works at CarMax. They are hiring, but they can't find people who know what they are doing.

Keep in mind that with high unemployment, employers can afford to be picky and hold out for the what they feel is the best applicant. If they want you, they will be willing to pay for you.

I would say check out RVA CL ads, there seems to be more jobs available down there, then here, even w out experience. Compared to the Philly area.

Those certs are for entry level. Need something more than just those. What other qualifications do you have? Have you checked www.dice.com ? It's a tech-only job site.
