I was looking locally. This one should do fine for what I need. It's mostly gonna be used for runs to the dump, lowes, occasionally towing my 4 wheeler on a trailer, and other general house stuff. A 5.9 Cummins would be nice, but a bit overkill for what I'll be doing.

For those interested, Seafoam is the greatest stuff ever. We put half a can in the oil and it seems to have cleaned up the noise. It still comes and goes a little, but it's staying gone more and more as a drive it and let it run more.
