Have you checked the tensioner as mentioned in posts #3, 12, and 16?

I have no idea what I can check for on the tensioner. I have listened for it. Ive had 3 people listen try to look at it, no one can pin point it.

Buy a tensioner. If it doesnt fix it, return it.

Well Phil, I got my hands on a M16 Washer (Boy these washers are hard to come by, no body carries metric) I had to have my dad bring one home from work. I installed it and guess what, the problem is gone. I really wish Billetflow would include some kind of instructions for problems like these, or any instructions at all. I know all of us on here surf alot of message boards and are very computer savy; but for the people who arent it would be a job and a half figuring out what to do. Thanks Phil and guys for all the help!

P.S. Kevin: I need a tune, I really dont want to dyno tune the car right yet and spend the money, because in like a month or two I am going to have the blower TB and plenum ported. I already have the SCT Tuner box and software and computer cable from the Gay Sailin. I know I have to set the V6 back to stock so you can VIN lock it for the Cobra (Its running, very rich right now). How much do you guys charge for a tune, (Not Dyno Tuned) like driving around w/ the labtop (Like Terry does)?
