My cousin told me that U of R was hosting a major blowout party for grads on the campus last night. They also had a big fireworks display.
Pulled up address on Mapquest to see where that Starbucks is..... yup, just south of U of R.

UofR is literally right across the street from Starbucks, we figured the fireworks were at least a mile, maybe two away. Maybe from the other side of the campus, IDK, but we were thinking they came from the country club...

There is a Country Club close by that hosts weddings. Part of the package is ending with fireworks. Gets rather annoying at times when you live so close. I'm going to get to Starbux sometime soon again. Having a river house now a days keeps me pretty occupied.
