Pat kicks ass. As Nick said I work in the same office as he does. Call and talk to Terri (his assistant). She'll have him call you back.

A '94 Prelude has plenty of power. And he never suggested he couldn't handle it.

Hm. Since when does power = speeding? Last time I checked, when I was in highschool - I was speeding because it was cool. I drove a Mazda MX6 with all of 150 horsepower. There's not much power in that - I was speeding because it was cool, and it was a rush. He said he learned his lesson - so good luck with your ticket guy. Just slow down bro.

According to his classified ad, the car is a 15 second car. That's "plenty" of power?

And he never suggested he couldn't handle it.

So it took 3 tickets in a year to learn his lesson? I guess he's a slow learner...

Yea, he really is good.

Take this for example, I'm 19 years old.

I was charged with a DUI(blew a .15% BAC which is a mandatory 5 days in jail off the get go).
100 in a 65mph zone
Underage drinking.

I was on probation for a marijuana charge at the time of the DUI.

He got them to drop my speeding ticket completely, my underage charge completely, and only serve 5 weekends in jail.

To put this in perspective. The guy ahead of me went without a lawyer for just a 100 in a 65 with some prior reckless driving tickets, and got 5 weekends in jail.

He'll take care of you.

As for contact info.... let me see if I have his number laying around here

Wow. Perhaps I was wrong. I've never been in a 15 second car that made me want to speed. Hell, the Cavalier stock ran in the upper 15's.. (no pun intended.)

I honestly don't think getting a slower car will make you less of a speed deamon. i think everyone goes through "DRIVE FAST NOW!!" stages. I think it's part of a learning lesson - one taht hopefully dies in while you learn. I don't think selling your car would impress a judge - but if your lawyer suggests it, go for it. good luck once again

You know it's good when you show up to court and before court starts, and your lawyer is joking around and talking with all of the state troopers, officers, and the commonwealth attorney himself. Hell, when I went and talked to him once, he even said he was going to go drink some beers and watch one of the football games with a few of the State Police officers. That should tell you something.

I'm with Nic on this one.

You shouldn't get a lawyer because the laws were meant to deal fucks like you. Suck it up and suffer the consequences. I don't care if it's just a phase, or how innocent you think it was. plenty of other people manage to drive civilized, so if you can't, then you have to deal with the repercussions.

LOL, fuck that. Get a lawyer. He didn't hurt a single person, so why should he go to jail next to faggots that produced child porn?

To learn a lesson. I'm sure jail helped you learn something.
