thats kinda discretionary a bit....isnt it? I mean, whose to say they arent car meets instead of a hangout spot? There was a big discussion...not that i know how it was resolved, but i know there was one about it becoming a local car meet during the weekends - kinda like the woodbridge deal.

damn i didnt know that richmond was the rice sector. its the same way up here the woodbridge shit, bowie, rockville all are riced out i was just curious because im headin down there w/ my girl to Vcu and i wanted to see where everything was. Thanks guys
