haha that reminds me of when i was at Jeep/Chrysler, guy came in with a mini van, i don't remember like 60k on the odometer or something, guy bought it new, won't start... they check some stuff and the little engine oil thats left is like black molasses, they say "when was the last time you changed the oil?", "..... uh.... you have to change it?"

we had a poor old lady put diesel in her sebring, but i'm sure thats pretty common

We had to push a Sequoia (HUGE toyota SUV) into the shop because they filled it with Diesel.

what do they do when that happens? is the whole fuel system fucked or do you just drain the diesel out of the tank

i was trying to think of a story from working in bike dealerships, you get alot of stuff but nothing thats really funny unless your into bikes or work at a dealer and see the same stuff every day, but one good one... guy calls and his bike isn't starting, so they go over a few basic things on the phone with him, they tell him to check for spark, he doesn't know how, so they say pull the spark plug and put it back into the cap, and hold it against the head while someone kick starts the motor... the guys like
"are you sure? its not going to shock me?"
naw we do it all the time
"alright........ OW, SHIT!, ahhh man it shocked the shit out of me!"
what did you do?
"i put the spark plug to my head just like you said"
nooo the cylinder head, not your head!

thats gotta be the best one i've experienced
