Happy birthday! Mine was yesterday and a bunch of Pittsburgh cops took me out to the Hard Rock up here (Alexa was working 
). Got drunk, and I didn't even need to donate blood. It did take a 10-12 doubles of knob creek bourbon in two hours on a completely empty stomach, though.
