Lightbulb Job openings

I have several job openings in the Central area. PM if interested. Must be reliable and provide own transportation. Paid in cash end of each day.


General carpentry work, $10-15/hr
-- swing a hammer, use a drill, cut stuff with a miter saw
-- projects: assist in replace decking, railings on porch
-- location: Glen Allen VA off Francistown Rd

General handyman/woman work, $10-15/hr
-- operate a drywall lift
-- cut, hold in place, use drywall screw gun
-- projects: install angled drywall in residence
-- location: Glen Allen VA off Woodman Rd

General handyman/woman work, $10-15/hr
-- rake, repair, and clean up landscaping
-- use provided tools to clean up rental properties
-- location: Glen Allen VA off Francistown Rd

Web site development, $15-40/hr
-- Flash animation, audio/video editing, high end graphics
-- create web site components to CIO and designer's specs
-- projects: classified and non-profit web sites
-- location: anywhere you want, online submission

Projects always going on, usually weekdays after 6pm and random weekends, mostly weeknights. Hit me up with a PM if you're ever looking for side work.

Temporary jobs based upon current projects, but since there are always projects going on, it's never just a one day thing (unless you only want to work a day at a time, which is fine).

Some of it is at my rental house, others is at my own home. My back is fucked up something bad and need some assistance with some of the larger projects. There are always plenty of projects going on.

Think all of the PMs have been responded so far.

As for those wanting to work weekends, 10a-4p usually works best for my schedule if that's okay. Will be gone this weekend, though. Will let ya'll know if I'm in town for a weekend and offering.
