I think the new laws are bullshit. Maybe not the fines for dui's, but the fines for wreckless driving are outrageous. Its not like a wreckless ticket wouldn't already rape your insurance rates and cost you some serious cash without these laws. Plus a $1000 fine for not signaling?? WTF.
