Thanks for the compliments, yeah its nothing special but I'm having fun with it so whatever. Possibly going 5 speed swap soon too .

About the grill, yeah i used a dremel and just cut out all the fins of the OEM stock grill, then used bondo and just sanded the hell out of it until I had it near perfect (in my eyes at least).

Oh and yes I still play lacrosse, senior at Cosby High School. Hopefully getting into Virginia Tech for engineering soon, and will try and play for their club team.

Edit: Kim Jong Illin' hahaha thats a sick name and avatar

Been here for a while but never really post, just an update:

I did a 5 speed swap in my garage,
heres the thread if your interested:
http://www.thegalantcenter.net/forum...ad.php?t=34842

I know, the boot doesnt fit and I need to finish my interior (damn cheap looking, fake woodgrain trim)
Soon I'm swapping in black leather eclipse seats and dropping her on ksport coilovers...

EDIT: Constructive criticism welcome.

Future minor plans include minor stuff such as blacking out the housing in my headlights, rear lower tie bar, short shift

not the sportiest platform, but kudos to you for doing your own work (and tastfully).

Yeah i know the galant really isnt anywheres near a sports car (believe me, not trying to fool anyone), but it is fun to mod for a first car and isnt like every other highschool civic driver. I love it, and trying to keep it about as clean as possible.

And damn, I need to replace shifter bushings and short throw soon, im already tired with how long the throw is haha.
