Multiple times today, I've seen what looks like a mid-late 90's BMW M3, dark blue, low as hell, chrome/polished wheels, bright ass yellow fogs, always on, and a dark dude driving it.

Car is nice bro, just need to even it up a little. Looks like the front is a fuckton lower than the rear, just looks kinda off.

Spotted on 295N, getting of on at Mechanicsville at 1:18
also and hour or two earlier on 295S, getting off on Airport just behind me.

Yea, my drive to work is only like 5 minutes so I just pop them open in the morning instead of rolling down the window.
They put out a lot of airflow and its right on the face, perfect.
