If you didnt sign it then you never promised to appear in court 
I've gotten a lot of tickets and I've never had an officer forget to have me sign it, so I have no clue what happens. Please let me know.

well i am going to talk to a few lawyers tomm so i will let everyone know this has never happend to me also so i am not to sure want is going to happen because i didnt sighn it. i also dont know about the wrong location thing also so we will just have to see.

Doesn't matter if you didn't sign the ticket. You have the right to refuse to sign it, but it doesn't make it go away. All it does is acknowledge receipt.

well what it says on the ticket is " i promise to appear in cort at the time and place shown above. sighning this summons is not a admission of guilt. i certify that my current maling adress isa as shown below" and then there was a X by it where he was going to have me sign it but i never did haha i just dont want to have the reckless on my record thats all so it should be around 200-400 for the lawyer?

Late for class? I usually think going 80 is pushing my luck. I figure most cops are looking for 20 over on a highway, so I try not to exceed that. I don't think signing or not signing is going to make any difference.
