I think a majority of the people do not want to meet up and just stand around or take pictures. In the earlier days when we were younger that was fine and dandy, but some of us are too old and actually prefer to engage in something fun and productive.
I would venture to say that if there was a meet that had a purpose like say and install day, or a cookout, etc you might get more participation. Now you might have a few shitty ones at first because the meets generally sucked. With a few of them and word gets around that you are actually doing something might get more participation in the long run.

Richmond isn't all that bad. The music scene kicks Savannah's ass. Drinking in Savannah is about 10x better though. Oh and you thought Richmond had shit for cars...nobody cares about cars here. I don't even see riced out pieces of shit. That'd at least be an indication someone was trying.
