+1!!!!! lol
lol, anywho, yeah, i can swap the motors if you want. you'd have to swap a few more parts than JUST the motor, but since you have both complete bikes, you have everything you need to do it right in front of you.
as for price, lemme think about it. i mean, basically i'd be dropping TWO motors, a few other parts, and swapping them between bikes. most of the rest of the bike is the same between a 750 and a 1000, so there's not a whole hell of alot of parts swapping. i'd have to look into whether the 1000's cdi will work on a 750 wiring harness, and vise versa. if it will, then it's all pretty much plug and play. let me find out and i'll get you an estimate. if the cdi's don't swap, then i'd have to swap the whole wiring harnesses too. not a big deal, but it's just more labor. i'll let you know shortly.

hmmmm, I would say the 750, thats coming from a previous 03 gsxr750 owner
BTW, I paid my friend $1000 for another 750 motor and to do the install for me, and other people told me that was a pretty good price for that, so maybe that will help with your swap price assessment for your swap, obviously it'll cost more, but ya
haha, and also if you decided to just put that 750 motor into the 1000, theres a lot of stupid people out there upgrading from 600's to 750's or 1000's, tell the person lookin at the bike it has the stock 1000 motor in it, they would probably believe you.....for a while at least, lol

Re: which bike should i choose.
def. do .. and just so you know i was thinking about just buying a 1k swap (everything i should need) and putting it in the 750 because i would hate to down grade a 1000 to a 750 lol..(unless i can find some one to buy it). then i would have the extra motor you can have to sell for part of your labor cost or i can make me a gixxer kart and just pay you cash money .lol... pm me with what you come up with
It would be hard to sell a bike titled as a 1000cc with a 750cc motor in it.. Why would someone want to pay the extra insurance when they're actually just getting a 750? I'd keep the 750 motor out if you're swapping motors, replace the 1000cc motor in the silver one... and sell the 750 motor or keep it--whatever.

Re: which bike should i choose.
well i rode the 750 all day today and i think im leaning towards keeping it. but i will be fair to the 1000 and i will wait till i have a chance to ride it all day and see which one pleased me more... and about turboing the 750 i am truely considering it im just worried about the ridability of it afterwards with out stretching it(which i wont do) and also how dependable it will be.
