No....you never ever ever ever want to do that. That doesn't break the tire in at all. Charlie I know you are smarter then that to think that simple green and sand paper will remove the mold release which is soaked into the tire and you have to bake it out.

nooooo not the mold protection stuff.

there were gobs of what looked like candle wax on it and it looked like someone had tire shine or oil or something all over the fucking thing.

burnouts is obviously the only way to remove the mold protection.

Painted the wheels and washed/waxed/buffed the cage.
