you workin at redline? I gotta wonder what the variance is between my dyno and thiers. I've had quite a few bikes come thru my shop that the last place they were dyno'ed was redline and I got a good bit more power out of them than the last time they were up on a dyno after it was all said and done.
(for the record, I AM NOT knocking redline, there's always variances between dyno's, and to be honest, all it takes is a difference in the weather temp/humidity to seriously change output at the wheel)
what kinda dyno is redline using? you using corrected (sae or otherwise) or uncorrected numbers? are they using a blower for the ram air? hell, is thier dyno in an enclosed room (exhaust tends to suck all the burnable oxygen out of a room with a quickness)?
just curious.
the owner of redline (dave, i think?) has been by my shop before, and I've met him a couple times before that (not that he'd remember) maybe I can set something up where I'll throw my bike up on my dyno and see what it pulls, then ride over there the same day and see what it pulls on his. I 'm just curious to see the differnce between the two. If it's significant, that would explain alot.

Steve, how much is it to get a base number dyno for my bike? PM or text me if you don't want to post. I just need a run or two so I know what I'm looking at with just the slip on.

base runs with EGA are 125 for 3 pulls, custom maps start at $200, but I've yet to have one over $250 in the last 2 years.
I got no probelms posting that, we're WAY cheaper than anyone else in the area, to my knowledge.

that's it? that 636 I built did 135, all motor.
(6.2 @ 130mph in the 1/8th with pretty much no ram air, it's nekkid) I'm bout to put the juice thru it sometime next week and re-tune it to suit. granted, it's not stock internally, but I bet i can get 150+ out of it on the bottle with a small shot to keep the motor from grenading.

edit: i just looked up ur dyno vs ours.. i dont see how u can really tune it with out a load.. and dynojet says the 200i
"The Model 200i continues the Dynojet tradition of providing a reliable, repeatable, consistent and easy to use chassis dyno for quick and accurate diagnosing of performance problems."
