Whatever it was, it was loud. As far as bikes go, if you go to a random gas station chances are the inspector doesn't do enough bikes to know specifics. But if you take it to a dealer, expect to have it rejected on the spot.

Personally I'm tired of you acting like you know everything about everything. You need to take your own advice and "get real". NOBODY on this forum likes you, and I've heard it from most of their mouths on a daily basis. Face it bro, you aren't shit.
