Rode up to NoVA and back today (grandfather had an emergency computer issue) -- uhhh.. definitely an experience; but not sure I'd do it again without having some comfort items on the bike (cushion on the seat, wrist saver for the throttle, etc.) - can you get forward controls for a sport bike??? (kidding).

Ya need to get out and ride a little more... get used to sitting on the bike for a while and those long trips won't bother you.

Wow Rossi is legend. He won the race and accident playing fool around (I missed what happened, maybe wheelie lose out of control) in 2nd lap (I think) after finish race. Funny.
2-4th was pretty good fighting together. I missed the race started around 10laps.. How many laps were Rossi leading?

+1. I have ridden 5-6 hour straight rides and it helped. The more often you ride, stretch and stay in somewhat shape, you will be ok.

- I'm in shape, probably moreso than a lot of people... just not used to sitting in that position for so long. biggest thing that bothered me was my upper legs.
