Ok maybe newb question but when endoing or stoppying(whatever u want to call it i've heard both) You just grab you front brake and throw it up right. My friend said i throw it up to quick and it looks like i just don't know how to stop. He says i should get the rear tire to go up slower, i'm like how the hell i do that.

You want to roll the endo, not come to a stop real fast.
It's a quick 2 step process to roll them.
Arms straight (don't lock them) and look forward. Go 35mph+ The first initial squeeze to take the slack out of the front forks, then an additional squeeze to bump the back up. You don't want to upset the motorcycle by just smashing the front brakes--you'll end up either flipping hard or lock up the front wheel and slide. Your friend is wrong you want to bring the endo up quick, smooth, and high. Higher you get it quick, the longer you will roll. Steer with shoulders. If bike tail drifts right, push on right clip-on, shoulders shift left.
Take a little air out of your front tire it helps from locking the front tire cuz you will and it makes you crap your pants going fast LOL.
Practice for an hour, let your brakes cool and keep practicing. Just don't do them on the street or you'll really piss off the cops LOL.

So your talking about riding them its kind of like powering up tap it the hit it hard. Except the brake instead of throttle lol. I haven't been trying to ride them i have been just doing them when coming to stops at lights i wanted to get the hang of it first.

Sounds like your friends right as far as it making it look like you dont know how to stop. you have to relize you have to have a bunch of speed to get it all the way to the BP and hold it. otherwise your gunna look like an idiot. Find somewhere to practice first and armenian is right its a two step thing therwise youll end up on the ground.
