Ya dude, they came on the bike, thats why things on the bottom only got sctatched. It took a lot of the blunt hit when it went down, but it still couldnt save the brake lever and bottom part. Its ok though, once i get the new brake lever on, you cant really even tell its been on its side.

Man seriously...@#!$ this girl for real....

Im heading out to chesterfield county court for this now, cuz obviously she has no intentions in paying me back for this. Im going to write down every single mark, scratch, blemish, and try to get all completely new original parts for the bike to what was damaged. Even marks on the exhaust which wont affect performance, but still, they werent there before she dropped the bike. Im going to be completely anal about everything.

Sorry to hear what happened, good luck with court. Ya i hate when ppl do shit like this then dont take fixing whats wrong serious. At work this dumbass chick we used to work with always used to slam her door open and end up dinging the car next to her's door. When someone finally complained and filed a claim with insurance she got all pissy and shiat. Like get the fck outta here with that! U dumb enough to do it, better pay up!

Well, ill have to wait until i get paid to make this claim in the courts. Sucks being broke right now. $31 for filing fee, $24 to serve the warrant, and $12 per person subpoenaed ( i cant spell). But anyway....2 people seen it happen (thank god) so their asses are being called upon, which brings just court costs to $79. Hopefully this gets up and going by this next friday. BTW, shes been charged before about 2 years ago for vandalizing sh!t, so im sure she knows what is going to happen.

I think it's sort of petty to take someone to court over $255 worth of damage to your bike, but at the same time I know it's not really about the price, it's about principle.
