yea, i agree with yall. it just sucks that a 230 helmet thats been ridden on for maybe 2 months, needs to be replaced. ill give them a call and see what they say.
on a side note, theres a guy that will paint it at work for $50.

Ya, it seemed like you were trying to fight all of us on this.................
It doesn't have to be cracked on the outside for it to crack like an egg shell later if you wreck. And if that happens you more than likely won't get through the crash without incurring head injuries. Your safety should be worth more than the price of a 300 dollar helmet.
Del's right; higher than a knee and it should be replaced.

hey if you want to get it x-rayed go to a court house and just go in, you have to put your helmet through the machine to get it checked anyways. the guy told me that when i put mine through that one time he found someone else with a crack in there helmet and didnt even know it.
