ok, 96, could that be used on a 95 block without changing the ECU? it's been 6-8 yrs since I build my motor, so I'm honestly not sure anymore, I know 94-97 parts are usually compatible.

Yea deff wrong has nothing to do with obd2 or 1 or 0 the head will fit any Vtech block that's b and if ur doing an ls vtech or b20 vtech all u need is the golden eagle kit.

if you know the exact year let me know if not take a picture of the front of it for me where the numbers are so I can see for sure. I am in need of a head to hold me over while I build mine so this would work out pretty sweet for me.
