yo no offense but why are you trying to beat people n the head for a stock header that will not make no power i had that header on my stock ls-vtec and it made only 185 and i would'a made 200 if i would'a upgraded to a try-y i upgraded to a rmf and built the head and made 220.8 with 159 torque check thread for my rmf header but than again if you just want a header for a stock car just to throw on the car i understand but thats still to much it's stock 150-200 whould be better im selling my rmf for 300-350 and its waaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy bettta than that thing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No offense
