Most junkyards you can get that trans for 100 granted you would have to pull it yourself though. GLWS!

heres my thought process on that. Cable trannies (in decent shape) are becoming harder to find. With that being said i've seen these go for less than what im asking for, but i have also seen them go for more. I appreciate the feedback though.

really?? This one has been opened and inspected. You gonna do that in the yard before you purchase a tranny? I know places like pick n pull does, i think, $50 deals like the first wednesday of every month or something to that effect. IMO though i would rather buy used from a private party before i buy something as major as a tranny or motor from a junk yard. I really think thats a much bigger gamble. It's a little easier (provided you are dealing with someone thats not a complete douche) to get back in touch with someone you purchased a part from to try to rectify the issue vs. taking the part back and getting "store credit" from a yard.
