150+?? I didn't know we'd be looking at that many attending honestly. If so, we'd need alot more contributions towards food.

If I looked around in there, I can prob find the biggest lot and see exactly what it'll hold.

As far as speedbumps, I think I remember 2 at the beginning. Not too tall, lower, wider kind. I'll be sure as check for sure both ways.

I went up there today and talked to someone different, I was told a slightly different deal...

For every shelter rental, there are 50 people/parking spaces. I was told it wouldn't really be an issue, but now someone has told me it is. There has already been like 50 people in this thread alone that have said they are coming.

I doubt anyone there would count the parking spaces honestly, but if we are going to be close to 100, I think we should get another shelter. I already have electricity for the 1 I reserved, so just $25 for another one. If we did break 100 at any point, we would be ok I'm sure with just 2.


UPDATE: I'm gonna try to get another shelter on my own. Though I could really use some help. I think 100+ is going to be alot more accurate.

Yeah, you never really know how many people are gonna show up. There's lots of people that never say if they're gonna show up, but you can pretty much expect them to be there. There was like 150+ at the last VaDriven meet.

Well I want to be prepared for as many people as possible. This is the official fall meet, if we can't even allow enough people, then we didnt pick a good place.

This is my plan, I'm going to get a 2nd one tomorrow, possibly a 3rd as well. I'm supposed to have someone helping out with 1 of them.

I don't mind paying for a 2nd one myself, but if I paid for all 3 out of my own pocket, I'd have to get a 2nd job :P

Unless someone tells me otherwise, I'm going to get 150 taken care of. If someone does have reason to believe we'd see more than 150 at one time, then I'll need some help guys.

Also anyone able to help out with the grill situation?
