The price for entry to show and spectator doesnt even compare to what you pay for HIN. Nick and the rest of Sumospeed have done very well for their first event and now their second. At this rate I forsee them doing big things and getting close to HIN status. To pull of a show at that level requires corporate type sponsorship which will take time to get.

Tho Ive gotten word that some cars arent getting completed in time for the show. Some were slated to be done at 5pm on Friday and need to make the trip down from NYC. So they are cutting it close. This should thin out the field but there are still some heavy hitters coming in.

Yes the show is happening rain or shine. If the outlook is still grim early on Saturday morning than we will be moving the event across the street from the original parking lot to the lot that is almost totally covered by the highway.
