Where are the weekend meet-up spots?

Where are the weekend meet-up spots?
I've seen a few of the threads/posts here about this parking lot or that... So where to go for a good scene? I drive an import (supra) and I've been in the import scene for many years, starting back in '03 in Japan. I don't street race or drift, I don't burn out at every opportunity or blast my stereo. I like to cruise through the spots, meet up with other car enthusiasts, and generally chill. So is there anywhere around Virginia Beach that supports this kind of stuff? I'm pretty new to the area and my car finally got here last week so I am itching to check out the local scene!

Yup probably so... That last pic W/ Christine was taken right off of Nimitz.
So tonight (saturday) looks like it's going to be a bust. Weather looking crappy all day, I can't believe it has not started raining yet. At least the breeze is cool! So what time do the cars usually start rolling in? I might try to swing by a bit if the rain holds off a little longer...
