just the bulbs man. i bought a kit then did a jdm conversion and they needed different bulbs so i just used the ballasts and saved the bulbs
you can buy ballasts here... jason300zx has some extras for like 15 bucks

its a pair. it says in the details that i couldnt get a good pic with all six items in there
flat rate shipping is prob 8-10 bucks
