But that is not what it says, it says the infraction is expired. That should be fixed so it's no longer confusing.

Don't break a rule, don't get an infraction, don't have to worry about things. 
But yea, the infraction system and it's wording need to be cleared up, and I know Eng is taking his time to get it right the first time.
