Not only is he clueless, he's apparently completely unaware of his surroundings. Maybe we should make a tutorial on how internet forums work?

He wouldn't have noticed that thread because he originally made this one under General Discussion and it had to be moved.
But yeah, a tutorial during registration would be nice.
