Thanks, Eng. Not much there, but maybe it will help. I think we did speak to one of our providers yesterday about packet loss occurring over one of their hops. Let me know if things are better today.

I'm pretty sure its not packet loss, but rather a firewall setup to drop the packets needed to complete a traceroute.

Hasn't happened recently, but the full site on my phone barely ever loads. I'm on Verizon with a DROID 2. Also, the two ads on the main page for patrons. We are not supposed to see ads.
