.. it's actually a pretty bad action on the moderation teams behalf.

While some have have let "the power" go to their head, there are some of us that actually focus on real problems and overlook the "drama" that is 90% "friends" just busting each others balls.
I can personally speak for Jay, Chad (Black Nugget), Joe (ritz), and Dave (Grease Monkey) that they (we) are team players. When any of us find a thread "in question" we shoot a PM or IM to one another to review the situation and confer before any action is taken.
