FS: 2000 BMW M Coupe (56k) - Chesapeake
Name: Matt
Location: Chesapeake
Means of Contact: PM
Description: 2000 BMW M Coupe
Miles: 105k
Price: $21,000
I'm going to do a for sale thread next week on the big BMW boards, but I'll let the locals have a crack at it first.
It's a 2000 M Coupe Silver exterior with the Black/Silver interior. I bought it with 36.6k miles on it three years ago and now it has 105k miles. (2nd owner) They are all highways miles as I drive the car to and back from work everyday except when it's nasty outside. I never tracked the car and always kept up with the maintenance. (It still has the stock clutch and it still bites hard.) The S52 is proven reliable and bulletproof.
Here's some pics of it:
The only interior shot I could find:
Here’s what it dynoed at last week:
I'm sorry but the wheels are not included, they are already spoken for. The car will come with the stock wheels (which look like these) with new tires on the rear and 80% tread up front. (Yokohama ES 100s) The stock roadstars has a small bit of curb rash from the previous owner. Also, the scratch on the back is being fixed next week. It's never been in an accident except when I got that scratch in a parking lot (thanks to Sung) and only the paint was taken off, no body damage.
Here's a quick list of what's on it (and I know I'm missing some stuff):
Keyless entry
Sun roof
AC blows cold
Cruise control
Black/silver heated leather seats
35% tint all the way around
Clear corner lights
Dimming rear view mirror
HID headlight retrofit
B&B Tri-Flow exhaust
ECIS intake
TC Kline S/A true-match coilovers (450# F/500# R)
TC Kline Camber/caster plates
TC Kline rear shock mounts
Rouge Engineering transmission mounts
Ireland Engineering rear subframe bushings
Ireland Engineering rear trailing arm bushings
Ireland Engineering rear toe/camber weld-in brackets
BMW Euro floating rotors with Axxis pads
Alpine CDA-9853 headunit (CD/MP3 player with a cord for your iPod)
AEM UEGO wideband a/f gauge
New t-stat/t-stat housing/waterpump/belts/hoses/fluids (Doing it this weekend)
New heater coil replaced 6k miles ago by Checkard Flag BMW
The shift pin recall was done last year @ 75k miles and got a whole new transmission (Work done by Checkard Flag BMW)
New driver's side window regulator
The only things that are wrong is that the clock doesn't work and the left front turnsignal goes in and out when you turn on the parking lights. The shift knob could be replaced since the leather is starting to wear but I didn't do it because that's kind of a personal thing. It has the glovebox rattle that all M Coupes have and there's an E-bay fix-it kit out there now that's suppose to be good.
I wish I had more pics of the specific stuff, but if you are interested I can take all the pictures you want. The car is an absolute blast to drive and with the suspension, it's a night and day difference over the stock stuff. Many people on this and other forums can vouche for me and the car. Everywhere you go in this thing, people ask you want it is, tell you it's a sweet car and take pictures of it on their camera phones. The only reason I'm selling it is because right now in my life I need something bigger, so I think I'm going to get either a Cadillac EXT or an H2, otherwise I'd keep it. But I can already tell that I'll get another one down the road, this is by far the best car that I've ever owned. I'm an enthusiast and this is the quintessential enthusiast's car.
I'm looking for $21,000 with everything. If you want to make a deal by taking some of the mods off to lower the price, PM me.
Thanks for taking the time to read it all.

If Chris wants to buy it, it's all his. Hell, I'll even drive it up there for him. I know he has that sweet check from State Farm.
