it worked? i dont know about the shutting off part, but really all you need to do is splice the ground, then ground it to the chassis. kind of like a helper ground. i would try making the blow off valve tighter, other than that, im kinda lost. did it help stop the stutter? my friend has some stock injectors and a stock ecu, probably a stock maf too. so if we have to we can try that shit too.
