It's a track car so I don't think the owner is worried about inspections/emissions. Any car without a cat should fail the state safety inspection unless you have hook ups with a shop. I didn't have a hook up at all my car is so low that the inspector never bothered to look under neath which in all honesty you can clearly smell the exhaust.
