what was up with 495 being shut down around gallows road on wed night? they had traffic coming on to 495 routed to 50 going east so you had to bust a u to sit in the 2 mile line of cars to get onto the one lane getting onto i66, way to go nva...always making things harder than they should be

I was driving home around 2 in the morning back to McLean and I had to get off at 66 and take nutley up 123 such a pain in the ass.
