Anyone here on their bike, on the PWC Parkway yesterday?

Re: Anyone here on their bike, on the PWC Parkway yesterday?
There was a special on TV not too long ago about how cops in this area usually give up on persueing bikes becuase they just can't catch them.
They had a new reporter in a car behind a bike doing 90mph in 495, the cop went to pull the bike over and the bike just left the cop.
This stuff happens ALL THE TIME.

Maryland has undercover sport bikes patrolling. They started that initiative 4 years ago, so if anyone runs, the cop on the sport bike can keep up.

Cops should just get the bike's license plate before hitting the lights, that way when the bike runs, just stakeout the guy/girl's house and nail them when they get home.

He never even got charged for it.

It's idiots on sport bikes that run from cops that make 600cc and larger sport bikes insurance rates skyrocket and gives ALL bikes a bad rep. I'm getting a bike this Fall when prices drop on them to fix up over the winter and I may have to get a 250 because of insurance rates on 600's in my age group male. Thanks a lot asshoes!
